STC received a bulk order in August 2012 for 8 vibrating screens in total from the venezuelan mining corporation CVG-CORPORACION VENEZULANA DE GUAYANA of 8 vibrating screens in total for iron ore, iron ore pellets and iron ore briquettes. In detail the order consists of:
2 off Double Deck Linear Motion Screens 2400 x 7500 mm for screening of 360 t/hr each lump ore and pellets at 60 mm at top deck and 6,3 mm at lower deck. Both machines are equipped with modular polyurethane screen decks. For the reduction of dynamic forces into steel structure machines are placed on isolation frames.
2 off Double Deck Linear Motion Screens (in so called “sandwich-design) 1500 x 4800 mm for screening of 266 t/hr each iron ore briquettes at 25 mm at top deck and 6,3 mm at lower deck. Both machines are equipped with manganes steel screen decks. For the reduction of dynamic forces into steel structure machines are placed on isolation frames.
4 off Multideck SIZER MSM 1536, i.e. each SIZER 1,5 m wide with 3 screen decks one above the other for pre-screening of 80 t/hr iron ore briquettes at 6,3 mm cut point with manganese wire mesh screens.
Inspection and final acceptance by customer delegation has been made beginning of April 2013 with out any claims. Delivery is scheduled for May 2013.
