STC received an order in March 2018 for 2 vibrating screens from the steel plant NU-IRON Unlimited from Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies to screen Oxide Pellets with a feed rate of 800 t/hr each to remove fines < 6,3 mm.
In detail the order consists of:
2 off Single Deck Linear Motion Screens, so called Banana Screens with a screen area 2700 x 7300 mm each. Both Vibrating Screens are equipped with a combination of Polyurethane and Flat Steel metal wire meshes. By own vibration of the metal meshes the Screens are working totally blockage free. For the reduction of dynamic forces into steel structure machines are placed on isolation frames.
Inspection and final acceptance by customer delegation has been made beginning of August 2018 without any claims. Delivery is scheduled for September 2018.
